P20 High Hard STEEL is an improved Pre-hardened Plastic mold steel.
We have specially designed p20 steel for large plastic molds.
P20 HIGH HARD STEEL DESCRIPTION:-
P20 Modified is an improved pre-hardened plastic mold steel that has been specially designed for large plastic
molds.
The Supplied hardness of 293-321 HB (30-34 HRC).
Hardness loss in large cross sections is minimal.
P20 HIGH HARD STEEL CHARACTERISTICS:-
- Good compressive strength.
- Good polish ability.
- Minimum hardness loss in large cross-sections.
APPLICATIONS:-
- Injection Molds.

POLISHING:-
P20 Modified can yield an A-2 polish when proper procedures are followed.
