X2CrNiN23-4 STEEL.

Duplex 1.4362 is another variant of biphasic austenitic-ferritic grades with high mechanical properties and improved corrosion resistance, mainly intergranular after welding and in delivery condition.

Duplex 1.4362 / X2CrNiN23-4 has a high resistance to acid environments and stress corrosion.

It is a great, much good alternative to austenitic 316L / 1.4404 stainless steel and can also be used interchangeably with 1.4460 / X3CrNiMoN27-5-2.

MECHANICAL PROPERTIES.

Hardness: <260 HB.
Impact energy, KV20℃: > 100 J.
Thermal conductivity, λ = 15 W ⋅ m-1 ⋅ K-1.
Modulus of elasticity, E = 200 GPa.
Yield strength, Rp0,2: >400 MPa.
Hardness: <260 HB.
